What to bring

• Your pet's food (bowls not necessary)
• Any medications currently being taken
• Emergency Contact Information
• We ask that your dog wear a collar with ID during their stay
• You are welcome to bring your dog's favorite treat if you like
• If you choose to leave personal items (beddings, crates, containers, etc.) please label them. (Bedding will be refused if your dog has fleas!) Although we will do our best to ensure their return, please note that sometimes pets soil or destroy their bedding or toys, therefore, Creekside Kennels cannot be held responsible for these items or the condition of these items upon return.
  

Proof of Vaccinations

• Your dog must be fully vaccinated for Rabies, DHLPP, Bordatella. Canine influenza is highly recommended but optional.
• Proof of vaccines must be provided prior to check-in. (Email, text or scanned)
• Dogs with non-sufficient vaccinations will be refused at check-in. 
• All dogs must be on flea and tick preventative. If fleas are found on your pet, they may be refused or treated at owner’s expense.

Reservations - Drop-off & Pick-up

Boarding arrangements are made on a first come first served basis. Reservations are necessary and space is limited. Pick-ups and drop-offs are by appointment only. Reservations are not "booked" without a specific day and time.

Holiday and summertime boarding requests will now require a deposit of $35 to be paid cash/check/VENMO/CC. Deposits can be refunded only if given 48hrs notice of cancellation.

Drop-off/Pick-up hours: (Appt time is needed)

• Mon-Fri: 7-8am / 11-12:30pm / 4-7pm
• Sat-Sun 8-12pm / 4-7pm

Basic Grooming Services

Bath / Brush $25 (most breeds)

*Additional charges will apply if your dog has a very long coat or is heavily matted

Nail Trim $15

*Additional charges may apply if your dog is especially hard to handle for nail trimming
